Mendocino Study Club • The Study Club celebrated its 100th Anniversary in 2008.
Point Cabrillo Light Station State Historic Park • 1909 light station with operational Third-Order Fresnel lens on display. Point Cabrillo is also adjacent to the wreck of the Frolic. Efforts to recover the cargo led to the discovery of the vast redwood forests on the North Coast, with the first mills built within a year. The Museum has artifacts and pictures relating to the Frolic.
